COVID-19 Response

I want to acknowledge and thank my friends and colleagues in the Blackwell, Inc. Family. Especially our Lobby Attendants, Concierge, and Security Officers, who have responded to this unprecedented crisis with extraordinary selflessness and professionalism. I am proud that you all worked together to cover your posts as we and our clients adjust our operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The residents and tenants in our markets have expressed their gratitude and their concern for our safety. They appreciate our efforts, as Essential Services, to continue responding to the rapidly changing government directives from which our companies create and coordinate best practices and changing procedures. Thank you for the flexibility and perseverance you have exhibited during this period of adjustment.

Thank you for working extended shifts, short turnarounds and days without off time to allow fellow employees who are “at risk” or “compromised” to avoid unnecessary exposure. Please keep yourselves safe, maintain social distancing and know your efforts are recognized.
